Summer evenings can be wet, cooling the day down.

Byron Bay is home to the 30 years running “Bluesfest” a 5-day event which, over the years, has seen performances from a diverse array of world-class artists such as John Butler Trio, Buddy Guy, Kendrick Lamar and Joss Stone. Bluesfest is an all ages event, offering an abundance of arts and craft and delicious street foods that the whole family can enjoy. The Byron Bay festival line-up is also graced by the inevitably “sold-out” Splendour in the Grass and, new to the bill, “Falls Festival”. Popular Attractions

Situated on Cape Byron, the easternmost point of mainland Australia, the Cape Byron Lighthouse offers breath-taking views of the coastline and the Pacific Ocean. You can hike up to the lighthouse or take a leisurely walk along the Cape Byron Walking Track. Wategos Beach is a beautiful, secluded beach that is ideal for swimming, picnicking, and relaxing. It offers fantastic views and is often less crowded than other beaches in Byron Bay. The perfect location when you study in Byron Bay.
